Your guide will meet you at your hotel in the morning before heading into the countryside toward Phnom Kulen, located about 1.5 hours from Siem Reap. Enjoy scenic views of rice fields, villages, and rural life along the way.
Stop 1: Countryside Village Visit (Preah Dak Area)
Pause in a traditional Cambodian village to experience local life and see seasonal farming activities, handmade snacks, palm sugar products, and fresh local produce. A wonderful introduction to rural Cambodia.

Stop 2: Amazing Cliff Viewpoint (Peung Chrunh)
Take in spectacular views from a hidden cliff on Phnom Kulen Mountain. Surrounded by forest and open landscapes, this viewpoint offers one of the best panoramic photo opportunities in the area.

Stop 3: Great Reclining Buddha – Preah Ang Thom
Visit Phnom Kulen’s sacred pagoda, home to a large reclining Buddha carved directly into sandstone. This important spiritual site is one of Cambodia’s most respected pilgrimage destinations.

Stop 4: River of 1,000 Lingas
Walk through the forest to discover ancient carvings hidden in the riverbed. These sacred Hindu symbols, carved during the Angkor period, remain one of Phnom Kulen’s most unique archaeological treasures.

Stop 5: Phnom Kulen Waterfall
Enjoy free time at Phnom Kulen’s famous waterfall, surrounded by lush jungle scenery. Relax by the water, take photos, or cool off with a refreshing swim beneath one of Cambodia’s most beautiful natural waterfalls.

Stop at a local restaurant near Phnom Kulen or along the route to Beng Mealea. (Lunch at own expense)
Stop 6: Beng Mealea Temple
In the afternoon, continue to Beng Mealea, one of Cambodia’s most fascinating jungle temples. Built in the 12th century and partially covered by vegetation, this hidden temple offers a true adventure experience with collapsed galleries, ancient carvings, and a mysterious atmosphere often compared to a lost city. Explore wooden walkways and temple ruins while learning about its connection to the Angkor Empire.

Return to Siem Reap
After a full day of exploration, relax on the drive back to Siem Reap with hotel drop-off in the late afternoon.
